Lay-Bye Option

Lay-Bye Policy

At Blackbeancoffee.africa, we offer a convenient Lay-Bye option that allows you to secure your desired items over time without needing to pay the full amount upfront.

How It Works

  • You will receive a Sales Order confirming the item(s) you wish to Lay-Bye, along with their current pricing.
  • For each payment you make, we will issue an official receipt.
  • You will have access to your account on our system to view your payment history and current balance.

Ordering and Dispatch

  • Once full payment is received, we will immediately place the order for your item(s) - stock is not secured until such time that full payment has been received.
  • If stock is available at that time, your order will typically be dispatched within 24 hours.
  • If stock is unavailable, we will place an order with our supplier. Delivery may be delayed, subject to the supplier’s ETA at the time of ordering.
  • Note: Stock is not reserved during the Lay-Bye period and is subject to availability at the time of full payment.

Pricing & Validity

  • Quoted prices are valid unless the supplier applies a price increase before full payment is received.
  • All prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and may change without notice.
  • Errors & Omissions Excepted (E&OE).

Payments

  • You may structure payments to suit your budget, but full payment must be made within 4 months.
  • Payments should be made to the bank account provided on your Sales Order.
  • Use your full name as the payment reference.
  • Email proof of each payment to info@blackbeancoffee.africa.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your Lay-Bye, notify us in writing via email at info@blackbeancoffee.africa.
  • Include your banking details for the refund.
  • We will refund all payments made to date, less a 3% banking/admin fee based on the total paid.

Non-Payment

  • If no payment is received for two consecutive months, we reserve the right to cancel your Lay-Bye without notice.
  • A refund will be processed to your bank account, less a 3% admin fee.

Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your contact, shipping, and banking information up to date.
  • All updates must be submitted in writing to info@blackbeancoffee.africa.

Agreement to Terms

Your first payment, along with acceptance of the Sales Order, will be considered confirmation of your acceptance of these Lay-Bye Terms & Conditions.
