Lay-Bye Option

Should you want to Lay-Bye a machine, we will provide you with a sales order & a receipt for each payment made until the full amount of the order has been paid. During this period you will have access to your account on our system to check that payments have been received and what your balance is.

Once full payment has been received, we will order the machine for you. If stock is available at that date, we will dispatch within 24hrs.

If stock is not immediately available at that date, we will still secure the order and will dispatch when the machine arrives - in such an instance, there may be a week or two delay (ETA will be confirmed at time of order having been placed with our supplier) awaiting the next consignment- although an unlikely situation but just in case that may be the stock situation.

Should you at any stage decide to cancel the order, we will require your intention to do so via email to info@blackbeancoffee.africa & include your banking details – upon receipt, we will refund all money paid to date less 3% Banking/Admin costs of total amount paid to that date.

Full payment of the order is to be made in full within 4 instalments or less – the amount of each to be decided by yourself.

*Payments must be made into our banking account shown at the bottom of the sales order, which is sent to you, using your name as a reference on all deposits & emailing proof of each payment, at time of payment to info@blackbeancoffee.africa

Should you agree to the above:

  • You will need to let us know which machine you are interested in,
  • Provide us with you details, shipping address, email & contact details
  • Banking details – this is so that if you have not made payment for two consecutive months; we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund all money paid, less 3% directly into your bank account
It remains your responsibility to keep us updated at all times of any changes to your shipping address, contact information & banking information in writing to info@blackbeancoffee.africa
