Returns Policy

Return Window

You may return any eligible product within 7 days of delivery. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Method

Returns must be arranged through our courier partner. We will book the collection on your behalf.

Return Cost

Return courier fees are payable by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

Inspection & Refund Timeline

Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Consumables (coffee beans, cleaning tablets, filters, chemicals)
  • Used or installed equipment
  • Items not returned in original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse
