The Rocket Faustino is a compact Espresso coffee grinder featuring an intuitive touch screen and an incredibly precise micrometric adjustment. As always with Rocket products, the design is the most noticeable feature thanks to the funnel-shaped shute and a full stainless steel body.

The Rocket Faustino, as the name might suggest, is the smaller brother of the Fausto. Despite its compact size it still managed to impress with its performance thanks to 50mm burrs, stepless adjustment, and a highly intuitive touch screen to program single, double, or manual dosage. It has also an anti-clump system that allows the ground coffee to come out very smoothly and with no clumps. Like the bigger brother, it has a funnel-shaped coffee chute with the controls above, and it is available in different configurations. You can even get it with the 2 circular shapes on the sides filled with white or copper in order to make it fit perfectly with the Rocket Appartamento.

Compact Size: the small size makes it perfect for any home kitchen and thanks to its performance, this machine can be easily paired with any Rocket machine without sacrificing quality.

Anti-Clump System: the anti-clump system fitted in the Faustino makes the quality of the ground coffee extremely high for its compact size.

Things to Consider

All-Rocket Gear: we believe that this coffee grinder has been created to be paired with other Rocket machines. Whatever configuration you go for, you will see that this coffee grinder next to a Rocket domestic coffee machine will be the perfect fit.

Touch Screen: as opposed to the majority of the coffee grinder in the market, the Faustino does not start with a button underneath the chute. Instead, you will start grinding through the touch screen, which is a bit counter-intuitive at first and might take some time to get used to.
